Vegetarian Cookbook Giveaway {FREEBIE FRIDAY!}

You may remember this book from my numerous posts over the life of this blog...



It's no secret.
I love this book.
Everything I have cooked from it tastes amazing.
From cheese souffle to a delicious hokkien noodle salad, mushroom quiche with parsley pastry to a hearty vegetable soup.
During a recent rummage at my local op shop I stumbled upon a vegetarian cookbook.
I don't come across many of these at op shops, in fact, I am sure this is the first.
Of course I was drawn to it....



The cover photo was familiar....
Very familiar....
I flicked through the pages and realized that this was a soft cover version of my favourite book!
I snapped it up.
I just had to.
And of course I want to share the love.
So I am giving it away to one lucky reader!

Trust me, this cookbook is well worth it. I have had it for 10 years (Oh wow, that makes me feel old!) since I first became a vegetarian and it has stayed my favourite that whole time.

The recipes are easy, well written, healthy (well, most of them are!) and most important.....DELICIOUS!
