I love to bake with my daughter....
As you can tell by the multitude of sweets and photos of my helper with me.
I am a collector (some may say hoarder) of cookbooks.
I love them all.
But most of all I love to bake.
Cakes, slices, biscuits and breads.
For my birthday I was given the most awesome book from some pretty cool people.
It has been sitting with my other books, waiting to be opened again and to be brought out into the kitchen.
Well finally that day came.
And boy am I glad!
These.
Are.
Delicious.
You may notice they are warm, gooey and oozing caramel everywhere.
That's because I wasn't patient enough to wait for it to cool.
I had to try it.
The next day we heated it up again and served with vanilla ice cream.
I wish I had a photo for you but to be honest, it didn't hang around for long.
And just because I think it's not fair to show you such deliciousness without sharing a recipe....
