Remember those vegan chocolate fudge cupcakes?
Well today I whipped up a quick batch to do some experimental baking...
In ice cream cones!
I then mixed up a combination of chocolate frosting, chocolate & cream...
...It made a yummy fudgey topping...
Mmmm....YUM!
I only did a few ice cream cones and with the remaining batter I made a regular cake...
With big chunks of creamy chocolate sprinkled on top.... Of course!
It's pretty good!
Of course I changed the recipe slightly, on a whim.
(As I do...)
I omitted the caster sugar, and instead added the same amount of this delicious stuff...
It gave the cake a deeper chocolate flavour, and not as sweet.
Lovely.
